On September 22, 2020, T'shakatavian Morgan Rowan, "Shocky", joined his Heavenly Father. Known as "Shocky", by his family, he was a lifelong resident of Dayton, Ohio. In 1957, he graduated from Roosevelt High School.

"Shocky" was preceded in death by his parents, Willard and Theresa Rowan. He leaves behind three brothers, four sisters, nieces, cousins, and a host of relatives and friends.
