Mary “Mae-Mae” Foreman-Smith, 83 of Houston, Texas formally of Dayton, Ohio passed away Sunday April 4, 2021 at her home in Texas. She was born June, 5, 1937 in Jefferson, Georgia to the late Mr. Vordie and Richie Borders. Mary retired from the V.A. Medical Center in Dayton, Ohio where she was a Certified Nursing Assistant.

She was preceded in death by her Brother Paul Borders; Sons: Derrick, Aaron, and Ira Foreman; Ex-husband and father of her children Xenia Foreman. Mary is survived by One Son Steve (Brenda) Foreman; Four Daughters: Julie Wiley, Aretta Foreman, Iva Foreman, and Etta Frances (Mark K) Russell; Twenty-one grandchildren, Thirty-nine Great-Grandchildren, and Eight Great-great grandchildren; Two Precious Daughters-In-Law Patricia Foreman and Obedient Foreman; Ex-Husband and Friend Mark Smith; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Funeral service will be held at 11:00 am, Saturday, April 24, 2021, at Thomas Funeral Home, 4520 Salem Ave., Trotwood, Ohio 45416, with Elder Steve Foreman officiating.
