The Apostle Paul refers to death being mankind's enemy. We are saddened, yet we find such comfort in our Creator's promise of restoring back to life those who are dear to Him. Sis. Watkins is resting now comfortably in His memory, and may we reflect on the countless ways in which she brought joy to our lives. Hold on just a little while longer.. we're almost there!

To the family of Jessica Watkins, I am so sorry about the loss of your wife, mother, grandmother, and such a sweet person. I remember the last time I saw Sis. Watkins, perhaps two years ago, she was always so sweet , friendly and personable with me, I remember she related that during one of her husband's talk at our congregation, I was not there because of not feeling well, but she went on to relate to me that she had met my now deceased husband and he stated to her how much he loved me, and at that time I was grieving from the loss of him, but she shared those precious words with me and it made me feel so good, that was the kind of person she was, she saw the good in someone and she did not hesitate to share that with me or anyone else. She will be missed, but, briefly, we will all see our beautiful, kind, loving sister again, JUST AROUND THE CORNER! Christian love, Barbara Hines-Blackman.
