Obituary for Jacqueline M. WALL-CAMPBELL

Jacqueline Marie Wall-Campbell, 57, died December 26th, 2020 at her home in Dayton, Ohio.

Jackie was born October 2nd, 1963 in Dayton to Minerva Wright and “Lucky” Lester Jr. She graduated from Patterson Co-Op High School.

Jackie was a beautiful, smart, caring and loyal wife, mom, grandmother and friend. Jackie loved her family and friends but most would agree she loved her dogs just as much. Jackie loved animals since she was a little girl and never went long in her life without a furry companion. She loved listening to music, and playing cards but the one thing she loved the most was spending time with the ones she loved and doing what she could to help them. The loss of Jackie is such a sudden and painful one that it is very easy to get lost in the grief, but that is not what she would have wanted. Jackie spent so much of her life battling her way out of darkness and in turn becoming a light for so many. Now she shines down on us from heaven.

Jackie is preceded in death by her parents Minerva Wright and “Lucky” Lester Jr.; her daughter Yaminah Lester; and her first husband Louis Wall.

She is survived by her husband Deon Campbell; her son and his wife, Yancy and Amber Radford, her daughter Stephanie Radford, and her Son-in-Law Armand Parks; her siblings Nalisa Thomas and Quran Campbell; her grandchildren Kevin Parks, NaKayla Parks, Yancy Radford Jr., Addison Radford, Savvy Radford and Ashtyn Radford; her extended family including her aunts and uncles Veronica Gates, Ramona Wilson, Sandra Dixon, Daniel Dixon; her cousins, Terri Gates and Michele Peeks; and Best Friend Tracy (White) Williams; and her dogs Polly and Addie. She leaves behind to mourn her many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, friends and loved ones.

John 16:22 ”Now is your time of grief, but I will see you again and you will rejoice, and no one will take away your joy.”

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am, Monday, January 11, 2021 at Thomas Funeral Home, 4520 Salem Ave. The family will receive friends one hour prior to services. Interment: Dayton National Cemetery. Online condolences may also be sent to the family at www.thomasfunerals.com.
