Debra Ann Watkins (Collier), daughter of the late Robert J. Collier and late Dorothy M. Collier was born February 17, 1952 in Dayton, Ohio. She departed this life on Tuesday, October 4, 2022. She attended Nettie Lee Roth High School. She worked as the Head Chef at Dennys Restaurant for 37 years. Debra was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother, a devoted and loving sister, a loving aunt and most of all a friend to all.

Debra is survived by four children, Eric D. Collier, Mark J. Collier (wife Nicole Collier), Shelly D. Oglesby-Agha, and John M. Collier; her sisters, Delores “Chic” Reid (wife of late Sammy Reid), Diane Murphy (wife of late Robert Murphy), Dorene Collier, and Donna Collier; her brothers, Mike Collier, Dennis Collier, and Raymond Collier; her grandchildren, Kamri Oglesby (daughter of Shelly), Jonna and Jalyn Collier (daughters of John and Jinettia Rippey), Jacoby ‘coby’ Collier (son of John and Erica Alverez), Dejzuan and Jadin Collier (John’s sons), Leah and Tyler Collier (parents are Mark and Nicole), Carlton and Celeste Collier (children of Mark Collier). Debra is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren and a host of loving nieces, nephews and other loving family members and friends.

Debra is preceeded in death by; her parents Robert and Dorothy Collier, brothers Jesse, Ricky and Ronnie Collier, sister Della M. McDonald (Collier), Grandparents Benjamin and Acie Jones. Great grandson King Collier. You will be forever Loved and greatly missed.

Funeral service will be held at 1:00 pm, Friday, October 14, 2022, at Gateway Cathedral Church, 5501 Olive Road, Trotwood, Ohio 45426, with Bishop Ted Willis officiating. Walk through visitation will be held one hour prior to service. Interment: West Memory Garden Cemetery.
