D’Andre D. Dulin, BKA “Chilly Dee”, sunrise was March 27, 1973 and his sunset was February 20, 2020. He was born in Dayton Ohio to the parents of Anthony Dulin and Victoria Beasley (Dulin), the youngest of four children. His sister Anita Dulin and two brothers Ramone and Anthony Dulin. In his early childhood, D’ Andre showed his love for nature, people and animals. Always bringing home strays, being concerned about them. With the help of his Mother, D’Andre established shelter and homes for them. This is who D’Andre was; always helping those or animals in need throughout his life, with the Lord providing him with the tools necessary to assist them. Many don’t know D’ Andre had an artistic ability, as well as, winning five years in a row in competitive art shows and decorating homes with fresh ideas. Some people go thru life not knowing their purpose or self- worth, not D’ Andre, he knew his self; touching the lives of many who knew him. Suddenly on February 20, 2020, the Lord took D’ Andre’s hand and said, “you’ve done well, so come with me.” Your blessings for others will forever be remembered. Time to go home now kindhearted Chilly Dee. He leave behind his Mother Victoria Beasley (Dulin); Sister, Brothers, Grandmother, Aunts, Uncles, Nieces ,Nephews, Great niece’s ,cousins, other relatives and friends. Let’s not forget his dog, “Apollo”, who he loved and cherished dearly to the end.
