Adrian Lee Cook, age 19, of Dayton, OH was born on August 13, 2001 to Tamika Lovett (mother), Adrain Cook (father) and to the late Hollie Cook (grandfather) and Mary Cook (grandmother). He graduated from Belmont High School, star student, star athlete. He was loved by many, his teachers, his peers, his friends and his family. He also loved helping others, anything to help Adrian was right there. He leaves behind two beautiful children: son, Ayden Cook (Ty’neisha Webster) and daughter, Aubree Cook (Ja’Brea Pooler); 2 nieces: Ka’Mauyah White and Isabella Blevins. He also leaves behind 3 sisters: Keya Hooks, Adriana Cook, and Deoncia Lynch; 5 brothers: Maruice Arnold, Aaron Cook, Andrew Cook, Adrion Cook, and Deelaquan Smith. He is proceeded in death by an host of aunties, uncles and cousins: Amanda Lovett (auntie), Derrick Cook (uncle), Nikki Drane, Clifford Lovett (uncle), Dawn Mitchell (auntie), Hollie Cook Jr (uncle), Malassia Wilkinson (cousin), Malik Wilkinson (cousin), Mark Watson (cousin), and Markeshia Watson. Also specials friends Mel, Dr. Hill and Antionay Blevins. Adrian loved life and enjoyed each day - in his past time he loved to play basketball or 2k with his friends, love swimming trips with family, but most of all he loved spending quality time with his children.
