Obituary for Ada M LANG (Norwood)
Ada Marie Lang, age 83, was born June 24, 1937 in Eutaw, Alabama to Simon Peter Norwood and Velma Dunn Norwood and passed away December 8, 2020.
Ada is predeceased by her her parents, Simon and Velma Norwood, and her son, Reginald Allen Lang.
Ada graduated from The Estlian of the East St. Louis Senior High School. She Retired from Monsanto (Mound) where she worked as an Administrative Assistant for many years.
Ada was a devout member of Canaan Missionary Baptist Church. She was an avid reader, enjoyed bowling, puzzles and was a proud member of the Red Hat Ladies Society.
Ada leaves to cherish fond memories and celebrate her life, her loving and devoted son, Raymond Lang Jr (Jaynetta), of Dayton, Ohio and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
