SIMMONS, Daisy B., age 81, of Hamilton, OH, departed this life on Saturday, July 28, 2012. She was born May 27, 1931 to the late Betty Ann (McKinzie) and Alex Williams in Anniston, AL. She was united in marriage to the late Arthur Simmons and to this union, five daughters were born. She was a faithful member of Bethel Baptist Church for many years. She is also preceded in death by her daughter, Ann Thomas; (2) sisters, Pearl McNeal and Betty Williams and a brother, Johnny Williams. Daisy leaves to cherish her memory; her children, Jonni (Millard) Smith of Hamilton, OH, Frances (Daniel) Jones of Cincinnati, OH, Debbie Reid of North Carolina and Mary Bailey of Hamilton, OH; (1) brother, Louis (Sharon) Bradford of Hamilton, OH; (17) grandchildren; (22) great grandchildren; (1) honorary daughter, Leonette Griffin, and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral services 11:00 A.M., FRIDAY, August 3, 2012 at TRUE VICTORY C.O.G.I.C., 1628 Smith Ave., Middletown, OH, with Pastor Louis Bradford, officiating.
